Our store accepts the return of the product only upon delivery, in the presence of the distributor and only if the product is in the original condition in which you received it. In case there is a problem with the product you received you should immediately inform us and contact us by phone to correct the problem.
Replacement is only possible with the same product. Refunds are NOT made.
